Mr. Aminur Rahman, is one of the Directors of Desh General Insurance Company Limited. Mr. Rahman son of Late Abdul Wadud and Late Fazilatun Nesa, was bom in a respectable family on 6th December, 1964. He completed graduation from Chittagong University.

He is one of the Sponsor Shareholder and Director of Desh General Insurance Company Limited since inception. Currently, Mr. Aminur Rahman elected as the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company. He is also member of the Board Sub Committee i.e, Audit Committee, Risk Management Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Chairman of the Policy Protection &  Compliance Committee. As a result of his outstanding contribution, he served in important committees of the company. He is always working for all kinds of cooperation with good wishes for the company’s progress.

Mr. Rahman is a reputed Businessman. He has established a good number of Industries, Financial institutes, Insurance Companies as and other organizations.

He is the Chairman of CSL IT, NIRIKKHA Software Ltd. Besides, he is serving FCTB Technology Limitedas the Vice Chairman. Mr. Rahman is a Director of SARINCO Ltd and the Earth Engineering.

Mr. Aminur Rahman is one of the advisors of the monthly DIPLOMATS (The Only Diplomatic Magazine in Bangladesh). He also serves Chartered Skills as the Advisor.

He is the life member of Chattogram Mohanagor Krira Songstha, Chittagong Diabetic Association, Bangladesh Red Crescent Society and Chattogram Ma-O-Shisu Hospital, Vice President and Life member of Phonix Amity Global Cyber Lions.

His work has taken him to several countries including Sweden, Finland, Denmark, U.K., Thailand, Singapore, Nepal, Sri Lanka India etc.
